 A waterjet utilizes a high pressure stream of water to erode a narrow line in the stock material. Because the abrasive is added at the nozzle, it is simple to switch between water only and abrasive waterjet cutting. This flexibility greatly enhances the versatility of a waterjet machine, as it can easily switch from cutting ½" (1.27cm) foam gaskets to 4" (10.16cm) titanium brackets. 

The Powder Coating process is an alternative to liquid paint coatings.  It is far superior to liquid paint for durability and chemical resistance.  Typical applications would be used for automotive wheels, frames and engine parts; outdoor furniture, railings, and interior items.  We also offer coating on industrial fabricated parts. 

The CNC Mill is used for machine parts, with a cutting area of 10” x 19”.  We can work from your CAD files or we can create your part in one of our CAD programs. 

We offer Laser, TIG, MIG and GAS welding on materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and cast iron. 

CNC Press Brake.  Metal bending for all types of projects.

If you can imagine it, we can fabricate it.   Custom interior furnishings, metal sculptures and signage of all types.   We also offer commercial and industrial fabricated parts.
